At Fine Arts by Henrimae, we stand behind the quality of every
print, product, and experience. If something arrives and it’s not quite right,
we’re here to make it right—with grace and care.

You Have 30 Days

You may request a return or replacement within 30 days of
receiving your order.

✅ What’s Covered

If the issue is within our control—such as:

• Printing defects
• Assembly issues
• Shipping damage

We will replace or refund your purchase in full.

If the issue is outside our control—like:

• Approved text errors
• Customer-submitted design errors

We will still do our best to find a thoughtful solution.

Who Covers Shipping?

Return shipping is covered by us only if the issue is due to an
error or damage caused by Pictorem. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for
return shipping costs.

Step 1: Contact Pictorem

Email customer care team within 30 days of delivery at [insert your
email here]. We’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
and next steps.

Step 2: Submit Proof

Please include a photo and short description of the issue so we
can evaluate the claim and respond quickly.

Step 3: Receive a Resolution

Once Pictorem assess your return request, they either issue a replacement
or a refund. And keep communication clear with all parties involved,
including shipping carriers and our print partner, Pictorem.
